Yn y gyngerdd lawnsio gwnaeth 1-Sain ( y 2 chwaer Caroline a Meinir) ganu I gychwyn. Wedyn daeth Susan Williams o Geunant I ganu caneuon oddi ar ei CD newydd ‘Fel yr Eryr’. Ar y fideo bu cor yn canu cefndir I Elise – Siwan Llynor, Nia Ellis , Dyfrig Jones a Dyfed Davies, a ganodd cefndir I 2 gan ar y CD ‘Tiwnio Mewn’. Roedd Susan, sydd wedi ymuno efo Elise I ganu o gwmpas ysgolion ac eglwysi, yn canu descant a Paul Young ar yr allweddellau a ffliwt. Roedd Paul yn gerddor a lleisydd ar CD Elise, ‘Tiwnio Mewn’.
I gloi y noson ymunodd Chris Goodman ar sax (mae Chris yn 17 ac yn hannu o Fangor) a Bob Galvin (cynhyrchydd Cwmni Recordio Gwynfryn) ar gitar bas efo Dylan a Neil, wnaeth ein difyrru efo‘u canu gwlad.
Dan ni’n gwybod nad ydy’r fideo o’r safon gorau oherwydd roedd rhaid inni gadw’r ffeiliau mor fach a phosib ar y we ond yng ngolwg yr offer a oedd gennym mae’n wych (oherwydd medusrwydd technegol John Walker o AccData ).
On the launch night Caroline and Meinir as the group 1-Sain sang to open the concert. Then Susan Williams from Ceunant sang some songs from her new CD ‘Fel yr Eryr’ (‘As the eagle’). On the video the backing choir comprises of Siwan Llynor, Nia Ellis, Dyfrig Jones and Dyfed Davies who sang backing to two songs on ‘Tiwnio Mewn’. Susan, who has joined Elise to sing round schools and churches, sang descant and Paul Young was on keyboards and flute. Paul was an instrumentalist and vocalist on Elise’s CD ‘Tiwnio Mewn’ (‘Tuning In’).
To close the evening Chris Goodman ( who’s 17 and comes from Bangor) on sax and Bob Galvin (Gwynfryn Recording Studio’s producer) on bass guitar guested with Dylan and Neil who entertained us with their Country music.
We know the video’s not of the best quality on the web because we tried to keep the files as small as possible but in view of the equipment we had it’s brilliant (due to the technical prowess of John Walker of AccData).
